This tape light kit is not cuttable.
It only switch to green and purple and white. There are no blues or reds. Is there a way reset it or something to get all the colors?

Can you set lights to be continuously on?
If the tape light is plugged into the USB port in the back of your TV, the TV would have to remain on.
Can I connect 2 of there kits together to get 14 feet?
You cannot connect multiple kits together. It will overload the power source.
Is this just for behind TVs or can I use it under kitchen cabinets?
It can be used anywhere, but you would need a USB port to plug in the lights.
If you mount this product to the back of the TV, does it mimic color tones that are being displayed on the screen as they change from scene to scene? OR is it the same as all other sets, except that it is black instead of white, and with a USB to be used for power only?
This fixture changes colors by remote. It does not mimic the colors from your television.
Are these strong enough for grow lights to grow vegetable seeds? And to keep plants alive?

Assuming the power to USB connection on my TV is linked to/goes on and off with the TV, will the tape light automatically come on (to its most recent setting for color/mode) when the TV is turned on and the USB port is now live? Or will I have to manually turn on the tape light each time.
The tape light will go to it's default settiing once the TV is turned off. You will need to utilize the remote to change colors.
Is there a way to select a single color with no light effect? I'd like to keep just a solid pink light on, no strobe effects.
If plugged into the TV, turning the TV on and off will revert the lights to their default color. If you want to use pink, select that color on the remote.
The remote is not working. I pulled plastic tab out, and I am unable to get battery out.
To remove the battery tray, push the small black square piece in toward the tray and pull out.
Can I cut and make it smaller?

Hello, I purchased your LED product but it keeps changing light colors every time I start my car. Please tell how to reset to stop changing colors.
Are the lights cycling while on? If you selected a color via the remote, when you turn off the car, you cut power to the lights, so they will default back to factory. There is no way to avoid this unfortunately.

How do I set my light strips to fade between all the colors on the remote not just red green and blue? I did this once and hit a button by mistake on my remote and now I can’t get it to go back.
If you unplug the lights or turn them off at the switch, they will default to factory settings.
Can you change the default color for power on when connected to the TV?
Unfortunately, since this is plugged into the TV, every time the TV is turned off, the lights will default to the factory setting.
My lights come on with my TV but once my TV starts playing, the lights go off.
There could be interference from the TV remote. We recommend covering the IR receiver if this is a tape light when using another remote nearby. Can I use the app?
This fixture is not Wi-Fi enabled. The only tape light kit we currently have that utilizes Wi-Fi is model #AC1274-RGB-24LFW-G.
Can I connect the 12 ft. multicolor light strip with the 7 ft. multicolor rope light that’s supposed to be on the back of a TV?
None of our tape light kits can be connected to each other. You can only run one kit off the included power source.
I bought this for a record player that it will plug into. Will the lights react to the bass of the music?
The lights will not react to the music.
Can you utilize a USB cord extension with this product? I need an additional 24" to reach my USB plug in.
DO NOT use with an extension cord. Use a power strip with integral over current protection to supply power to the fixture. NEVER use power strip unless the plug can be fully inserted.
I bought the 7-foot tape and attached it to my TV. When I turned it on, one third of the tape was one color and the other two thirds were a different color. Is there a way to get the tape to be all one color or is the tape defective?

It takes about a minute for the light to come on or off when pressing on/off buttons. Colors also take a while to change color. It could be the control? Do I need a replacement?
Make sure the IR receiver is visible to the remote. The remote is line of sight. The lights work and all but the turn on by themselves every 2 minutes. Why is that? Whether the TV is on or off they still turn on every few minutes.
