Can the cord be trimmed or shortened? Can connectors be removed and reattached after trimming to desired length?
We do not recommend manipulating the linking cord in any way. We cannot guarantee it will work and it voids warranty.
Can this be used with GU9724L fixtures? That model is not listed above, and yet this cord shows up when I search for a "GU9724L cord." Also, I can't tell from you picture, but I need a three-prong cord.

Does this come with fixtures or is the only place to buy it at Green Electrical Supply online?
Most of our undercabinet linking bars come with a 12- or 18-inch linking cord. If you require something longer, you would need to purchase it from Green Electrical Supply.
