2-Pack 9-in Battery-Operated CCT Selectable Dimmable LED Tap Bars with Remote - White

With the auto switch ON, can you increase the time that the light stays on using the remote control for more than 20 seconds? Model RE1250-WHG-12LF1-G.
Press the 1, 5, 15, or 30 buttons (the light will blink twice) to set the timer to 1 minute, 5, minutes, 15 minutes, or 30 minutes.
How do you replace the batteries?
To replace the battery, push the small square part next to the battery tray toward the battery tray and pull it out.
Can one remote operate multiple lights from different packages of the same model?
Yes. As long as it is the same model with the same remote.
Remote doesn’t work at all.
Please make sure the plastic tab is removed from the battery tray and the batteries are not dead. This fixture is line of sight so the remote must be pointed towards the fixture to operate. If you are still experiencing issues with the remote, please reach out to customer service at 1-800-291-8838 for parts replacement. We are available Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm CST.
Can I reprogram a remote? I bought two kits (two lights for each package), but I would like two lights on one remote and two lights on the other.
Unfortunately the remote for this fixture is line of sight. It is not programmable.
Can these be used in a refrigerator?
The cold of the refrigerator may affect the fixture, but it should still operate.
I installed these lights (6) using the Command Strips. Am I able to change batteries without having to remove/uninstall or am I going to have to "reinstall" each time the batteries need to be replaced?
The battery compartment cover will stay attached to wherever you installed with the Command Strips. You can slide off the fixture to change batteries.
Can these stay on longer than 30 min?
IR remote control functions include warm and cool color temperature selection, adjustable dimming, and an auto off timer setting (1, 5, 15, or 30 minutes). If you use the tap on/off instead of the remote, the fixture will stay on until you tap off.
If you turn on the light by tapping on it -- and not with the remote control or a sensor mode -- can the auto shut-off timer still work to turn the light off by itself?
If tapped on, you would need to tap off or turn off via the remote.
