Legacy II 15-in LED Flush Mount - Nickel

I bought this from Lowe’s in August 2020 to have installed in my kitchen. On Christmas Eve the light is not functioning as normal the brightness has diminished to a point it barely light the kitchen. I was wondering how can I take advantage of the 10-year warranty on this product. I do not have the packaging anymore or proof of purchase.
