2-Pack 3.8-in Rechargeable USB Lighting Motion-Activated Magnetic Pucks - White

My light quit working. Tried charging it and it still does not come on. I haven't had them very long. About 3 months. What is wrong with them?

These lights come on even in the daylight. Is that normal? I was expecting they would stay off if external light was present.
These lights do not have a built-in dusk to dawn sensor. They will activate with motion in daylight as well as at night.
Can I use these lights as grow lights? Are they high enough in lumens?

Wave mode setting
Walk by setting is the sensor facing outward. Wave by setting is the sensor facing inward.
Do they come in black?
This fixture only comes in white.
I purchased the two-pack lights; however, there is only one USB charging cord. Where do I locate a second USB charging cord?
This two-pack only includes one micro USB charging cord for the set of two. It is a universal micro USB cord so you can purchase an extra one nearly anywhere.
What I would like to do is, leave one puck on the charger while I am using the other. Two questions, is there a danger of overheating or damaging the batteries in the puck?
You can leave these plugged in. This will not cause an issue with the fixtures.
Can these be used outside in a cold climate? Can these be used outside if protected from rain/snow?
These are recommended for indoor use only.
How can I tell that the charge is completed? The charging LED does not turn off.
The red battery indicator light will turn green when fully charged.
After charging, the light stays on in the auto or on position. How can it be set up for motion activated?

Are the batteries replaceable? We bought the two pack and they worked well with one at the top of the stairs and the other at the bottom. We've been recharging them as needed, but now they won't come on. They do light up when we plug them into the charger, but won't light up when not plugged in.
