Can you get this light to stay on longer than 15 minutes?
If you tap the light on it should remain on. If you use the remote it will turn off via the timer.
Can you use 1 remote for 2 lights if they are in the same small closet?
Yes. One remote will operate multiple fixtures.
Are there dip switches or something in the board to change that allow multiple lights to be controlled by 1 remote?
This is a line of sight remote. You can operate multiple lights with one remote.

No. Fixture will shut off after 15 minutes to preserve battery life.
would this light work on the ceiling of a shower stall.
This is not recommended for a shower stall.
