Indoor 8-ft Warm White LED Dimmable Plug-In Tape Light

We are putting LED tape lights under the kitchen cabinets. We need longer linking cords to get around our stove and sink to continue the lighting under the cabinets. Do you sell these cords and connectors?
We are so sorry to disappoint you, but unfortunately, the only accessories/parts we have for the tape light kits are what is included in the kit. We do not have any longer corner connectors.
Can I get connectors which are 24” long to span the gap between my cabinets?
We are so sorry to disappoint you, but the only accessories we have for the tape light kits are what is included within the kits. There are no longer corner connectors available.
I am wanting to cut my tape light into four segments. Do you sell extra linking cords?
We are so sorry to disappoint you, but unfortunately, the parts/accessories for our tape light kits are not sold separately.
I am wanting to cut my power supply cord in front of the dimmer. Are there 2 or 4 wires leading into the dimmer and can they be spliced back together?
We do not recommend cutting/splicing the power cord. Doing so voids warranty and may cause damage to the tape/LEDs.
I have purchased two self-adhesive white tape dimmable light kits. One of the light system the LED flicker when dimming is used. Both systems are installed the same way. Each are receiving power directly from an electrical outlet.

What is the operating voltage? I want to use in an RV which has 12 VDC. I can wire it myself.
12 volts.
Can you buy a long power cord?
We are so sorry to disappoint you, but we do not sell/manufacture a longer power cord for this kit.
Can I cut off the plug end and hard wire to 110
We do not recommend manipulating the fixture in any way. Doing so also voids warranty.
If I attach the light tape strip to the power cord, then plug it in, should it light up? I purchased three sets. Two aren't lighting up. I haven't opened the third one as I'm wondering if I should take these back and select a different product. Also, If these did light up, the dimmer is too close to the plug in for me to use the plug above the microwave. I don't want to see the plug in cord so maybe I purchased the wrong product for my design look.
As long as the dimmer control is no in the off position (all the way down) the lights should light up once plugged in and unrolled from the reel. There is no way to manipulate/alter the power cord/dimmer.
Only used about half of the LED strip and would like to use the rest on another project. I am not able to locate power / dimmer and or connectors. Do you offer these separately?
We are sorry to disappoint you, but the parts for our tape light kits are not sold separately.
For best lighting effect, should the tape light be positioned on the underside front of the cabinet, or, the underside back of the cabinet closer to the wall, or, in the underside middle of the cabinet?
It is really your personal preference, but most customers center their lighting.
I bought 3 kits but I really only have a good place for one power supply. Can I wire more lights to a single power supply from a secondary Good Earth Kit?
You can cut and connect from the same kit, but you cannot connect multiple kits together. The power supply can only handle the strip included in the kit.
Can I use a short piece of tape light (2”) to link two linking cords together? If I cut the tape at the designated place (two inches in length) I would be able to double the length of the linking cord?
We do not recommend using the tape light kit any way other than instructed.
Can a remote be purchased for this product?
This tape light kit is not compatible with a remote.
I have installed the strip light per instructions; about 5' of light strip. The light flickers periodically; usually when in the full off position, the light will "flash" on and off. This condition does not happen all the time. How can this be remedied?
If you've cut and reconnected the tape light anywhere, unplug from the outlet, disconnect and reconnect all connections and try it again. If you are still experiencing issues, please reach out to customer service at 1-800-291-8838 for technical support and/or warranty replacement. We are available Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm CST.
I bought the kit and installed it but notice the lights were a warm white. How do you make it go to cool white?
This kit is 930 lumens of bright white and a 3000K warm white color temperature.
I need a longer power cord with dimmer switch.
We do not have longer power supplies available for this kit. Only what comes included in the kit.
Is it normal for plug to be a little warm?
It is normal for the plug to be a little warm, but it should not be too hot to touch.
My just purchased LED tape light has a + sign on the outside edge of both sides of the LED side of the strip, not a + on one side and a - sign on the other. There are 2 - signs in the middle. How do I decide which side to align with the molded triangle of the power cord?
You can attach the power supply to the tape light on the correct end with the arrow on either side. It will work either way.
Do you offer 90 degree blocks for making corners inside a windowed cabinet?
The only accessories available for our tape light kits are the accessories included within the kit.
Can I mount these above my stove?
We do not recommend installing these over sinks or stoves.
What gauge is the wire used in the supplied connectors?
14 or 16 gauge wire should fit into the connector.
Do I need an end cap when cutting to length my 8 ft. self adhesive tape light?
No. You do not need to add a block connector to the end of the tape where cut.
