3-Pack 3-in Battery-Operated RGBW Dimmable LED Tap Puck Lights - White

We purchased a six-pack of the Ecolights with a remote. We like the lights very much, but wondered if we can buy a couple of extra remotes. That way, we could leave them near where the lights are installed for quick access. (They are on different floors.)
Unfortunately, we do not sell parts separately and do not sell direct to the public. But please reach out to our Customer Service department at 1-800-291-8838 as we may be able to assist. We are available Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm CST.
6-pack puck lights with remote stopped working all at same time; no response from remote. Manually touching each light also no response. Installed less than 30 days.
Have you tried replacing the batteries?
I have purchased 2 sets of the 3 pucks. I want to know how to sync the two sets to run off of one remote. At this point, when I turn them on or off at least one of the lights remains on or off.
The remote is not programmable. It is line of sight. You will have to point the remote near the lights you would like to operate.
With the purchase of two or three sets of lights, is it possible to use one remote to control different sets of ecolights, instead of using two or three different remotes in one room?
As long as they are the same model # with the same remote. 1 remote will work multiple sets.
Remote won’t work straight out of package. What should I do?
Please make sure the plastic tab is removed from the battery compartment and batteries are good.
If the remote is still not working, please reach out to customer service at 1-800-291-8838 for technical support and/or warranty replacement. We are available Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm CDT.
Bought a three pack. Tap it is on white, Tap again and it turns red, Tap again and it turns off. Is there any way to disable the red so it is either on or off and white only?
You cannot disable the RGB function, but you can use the remote to select white only.
