AC1067-WHG-12LF0: 12-ft LED Flexible and Cuttable Plug-in Tape Light - Warm White

I just need a 12 ft. reel of the warm white to connect to what I already have. I do not need the plug/switch. Do you just sell the reel?
Unfortunately, you cannot connect multiple kits together. You can only cut and reconnect from the same strip.
Can you use same remote to control 4 separate strip LED lights?
As long as it is the same model, 1 remote will control multiple sets.
I want bright light not warm, where can I order 12 ft of that?
This kit is only available in warm white. Please take a look at this kit, AC1214-WHG-24LF1. Please note it is not compatible with the kit you have.  
The lights flicker after 5 minutes. What can I do to improve the connectivity?

I have two 12" kits connected (cut off the power supply, so only one runs strip). I used 27" from a third kit to get to the end of window. It is a different color... one over on the remote... if red, then it's green, if green, then it's blue, etc. Why isn't it the same color?
You cannot connect multiple strips of tape light together. You can only cut and connect within the same kit. Each kit needs to be on its own power supply. Adding additional lengths overloads the power supply. 
Do you have guides for installing tape lighting all around a box every corner in one fluid motion?
If you are using one kit, and had to go around a sharp corner, you would need to cut on the designated scissor marks on the tape, and use the corner connecters to reattach and go around the corner.
I have 2 kits of adhesive light kits. One works fine but the other having problems. The other one only blinks. I can't get the blinking to stop. It started out all red. I checked all the connections, unplugged and plugged. I pushed the 100% and nothing else works. I'm using same remote.
Do you have both kits connected to each other? If so, that is most likely why you are experiencing an issue. You cannot connect two kits together. Where do you cut the strip?
You can only cut the strip on the scissors marks located on the strip. They are every few inches.
Can I bend the strips back on themselves to go around corners?
We recommend using the connectors included in the kit to go over sharp corners. Bending the tape can damage the LEDs.
Can I add a 6- or 12-foot “extension” to an 8-foot dimmable kits?
You cannot add on to the tape. You will overload the power source. It is only capable of handling the 8 feet. You can only cut and connect from the same strip.
Do you have connectors that are longer than the ones in the kit, maybe the length of a microwave for your adhesive tape LED lights? I am hoping to skip over my microwave to connect to my cabinets together with one strip.
We are so sorry to disappoint you, but unfortunately, the only accessories available are what comes in the kit. We do not manufacture longer connectors.
How do I get the remote controller to work?
Make sure the plastic tab is removed from the battery compartment and that the batteries are good. Point the remote at the fixture you are trying to operate. The white LEDs only work on the remote for the beginning of the strip up until it was cut and added to the corner connector so only brightness works in a small spot. Is there something that can fix that?
