3-Pack LED Flat Linking Plug-In Light Bar Set

Can I purchase longer linking cables?
We are so sorry to disappoint you, but unfortunately longer linking cords are not currently available for this fixture.
Can you buy the sensor and the outlet plug in separately?
We are so sorry to disappoint you, but the parts and accessories are not sold separately.
Where is the on/off switch?
There should be a small wave sensor included with the fixture that allows you to turn the lights on and off.
Many retailers show the LED panels over a sink, yet the installation instructions warnings say NOT to mount it over a sink with either the 3M Command Strips or with screws. Can these be mounted over a sink in any way?
We do not recommend installing over sinks or stoves as it may cause damage to the fixture and voids warranty.
The instructions show that the cables connect together, but they don’t. I need a longer cable and if I could link them together it would work. Is there an adapter that links them?
You cannot link the cords together. Please reach out to customer service at 1-800-291-8838 to inquire about longer cords. We are available Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm CDT. YouTube tutorial: UC1271 Installation
Can I link an 18” bar to the 9” bars in the set, say one 18” and three 9” bars?
There is no 18-inch bar included in this kit.
Can I splice linking cables together?
You cannot splice and connect the linking cords to each other. We do have them in longer lengths. Please reach out to customer service at 1-800-291-8838 for assistance. We are available Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm CDT.
Can 2 sets of UC1271-WH1-09LF3-G be controlled from one switch?
You can add 3 additional panels onto this 3 pack, and control together. UC1271-WH1-09LF1-G is the one-pack.
Is there a direct wire transformer available for these?
No. This is plug-in only.
Is there a way to set the lights to stay on all the time so they can be operated by a switch connected to the outlet?
If you turn the lights on and they are plugged into a switch outlet, if the switch is on, the lights will remain on.
Can they be mounted over an oven?
We do not recommend installing over sinks and stoves.
Is there a way to change the default color temperature after a powerloss?
There is no memory. You will need to change the color temperature on the sensor switch after a power outage.
