Can the bulbs be replaced?
No. This is an LED fixture so there are no light bulbs to replace. There are LED diodes, and the LED strip itself cannot be replaced.
One of the LED strips started blinking, we don't have receipt. Would this still be covered under factory warranty if we can provide the unit number? Would think that the LED lights would have a longer life than 2 to 3 years.

The fixture is so bright. Is there any way I can adjust it. I have a 48-inch Portal LED Linear Ceiling Fixture that was installed in a small kitchen.
You cannot adjust the light level on the fixture or change the color temperature, but THIS FIXTURE IS DIMMABLE BY TRIAC DIMMERS AND IS NOT COMPATIBLE WITH 0-10V DIMMING SYSTEMS. Dimmers tested to be compatible with this fixture are the Lutron: Diva® C•L™: DVWCL-153PH, Lumea® C•L™: LGCL-153PLH, and Toggler® C•L™: TGCL-153PH.
