Just installed the 17-inch flush mount bronze early this year last week it was very dim. No dimmer switch on the light. What can I do besides replace?

We bought this light in 2/2017. Recently one of the panels of LED light has started to flicker. I can't work in a kitchen with a strobe light. It should still be under warranty, but we can't find the receipt. Is there any help you can give us?
