Manhattan 24-in LED Linear Flush Mount - Nickel

I have 4 Good Earth Manhattan flush mount lights, installed two years ago but they now have dirt or bugs in them and I see no way to dismantle to clean.
You have to gently push up in the center of the diffuser and slide over to one end. The diffuser should pop out of place.

Does this product come with a plug-in option?
Unfortunately, this fixture does not come witha plug-in option. Direct wire only.
How do I change the bulb in this light?
This is an LED fixture so it does not contain light bulbs. Instead, it has permanent integrated LED diodes that are not replaceable. This fixture is dimmable by triac dimmers and is not compatible with 0-10V dimming systems. Dimmers tested to be compatible with this fixture are the Lutron: Diva® C•L™: DVWCL-153PH, Lumea® C•L™: LGCL-153PLH, and Toggler® C•L™: TGCL-153PH. Is there a separate power supply in a 24-inch Manhattan LED linear ceiling fixture? It won't turn on when the wall switch is flipped ON. There is power to the wall switch and it has operated for over 2 years with light at moderate use.

Lamp wattage: 26.3W
Can the 24” fixture be wired in series or parallel with another one?
We recommend only wiring in parallel. Each fixture should be on its own junction box.
Where is the hardware kit?
