This fixture has a 6-year limited warranty.
Do you need to register the product for the warranty?
We are happy you chose our product, thank you. As with anything that has a great warranty, keep a copy of your original purchase receipt as originals fade and staple it to your instruction sheets/package insert containing the Warranty reference and file away. This documentation is required in case you have a warranty claim in the future. There is no online registration.
Do you sell a battery charge for this light?
Unfortunately, the charging cord and adapter are not sold separately. But this uses a universal micro USB and wall adapter that can be purchased nearly anywhere.
Can the battery be replaced after recharging dies? Says must plug-in when battery is depleted.
The battery cannot be replaced. Once the battery is depleted and can no longer take a charge, it can be used as a plug-in fixture.
Is it possible to get another charger for the 50 lumen 3.8 in Rechargeable LED Motion Puck?

Light won't go out.
Do you have the fixtures on auto mode, or on? If in auto, are they installed near anything reflective or anything that produces heat?
Why is my light flickering after it is fully charged? I have only been using it in my closet for a couple months.

How do I know when it needs to be charged?
Your fixture will start to go dim or the red indicator light will go on, letting you know it is time to charge.
Why won’t the battery charge?
