How do you control bright, soft, or warm setting?
This fixture has a 3000K color temperature, bright white.
This fixture is dimmable by specific forward phase electronic (triac) dimmers. Dimmers tested to be compatible with this fixture are Lutron Skylark SCL-153P, Lutron Diva DVCL-153P, Lutron Maestro MACL-153M, Lutron Toggler TGCL-153P, Lutron Lumea LECL-153P, Lutron Caseta PD-6WCL, and Eaton Halo SAL06P. Not recommended for use with motion or light sensors, timers, or any other external controls.
I don’t understand what this “linkable” function is. I have power running to both fixtures, and the linking cord installed, but cannot determine exactly what is supposed to be happening.
Both fixtures operate independent of one another in this configuration.
If you are only able to direct wire one fixture, you can use the included linking cord to link an additional fixture without having to direct wire.

Only the middle is glowing very dim.

To minimize the size of holes through cabinets, is the plug end removable or are replacement plug ends available? And will a single dimmer switch control/dim all linked lights?
The plug end is not removable and replacement plug ends are not available. If you have your fixtures linked to a fixture controlled by a dimmer, the dimmer will control all lights as long as the toggle switch is on.
Can I use an existing plug box to run a wire to wire up the light?
We cannot recommend installing in any way other than listed in our instructions.
