240-Degree 2-Head 2500 Lumen Dual Detection LED Motion-Activated Flood Light with Timer - Bronze

We bought SE1292-BP2-02LF0-G and turned the Select AREA LIGHT to off but the light is still on all night. We have already tried to turn the unit off and and to turn the test mode off and on to enable the unit to reset itself but it has not worked.

I’m having trouble figuring out how to eave mount. With the sensor facing forward, you cannot rotate the lights to be oriented up. Nothing in the instructions.
Can this light be on dusk to dawn at a lower light level and then go to a higher output if motion is detected?
Turn the AREA LIGHT MODE control knob to either 3 hours, 5 hours, or Dusk-to-Dawn. The 3-hour setting turns the Area Light on at dusk for a duration of 3 hours. The 5-hour setting turns the Area Light on at dusk for a duration of 5 hours. The Dusk-to-Dawn setting turns the Area Light on at dusk for the duration of the night until it shuts off at dawn. The OFF setting disables the Area Light feature completely, and fixture operates strictly as a security light triggered by the motion sensor (PIR). The Area Light is low beam. The fixture will jump to high beam when triggered by motion.
I just bought model SE1292-BP2-02LF0, which I have to eave mount. I am unable to point the motion sensor and the lights in the same direction. It would help if I could swap the left and right lights.

I just bought model SE1292-WH3-02LF0-G, which I have to eave mount. I am unable to point the motion sensor and the lights in the same direction. It would help if I could swap the left and right lights. The lamps holders are offset so that rotating them to point down causes them to interfere with each other.
Since this is a waterproof (IP65) fixture you can ignore the "this side up" on the light heads. That should help with eave installation.
I set the light up to my desired settings and it worked great until the power went out briefly and the light reverted to its factory settings. I reset it and it worked fine until I turned off the power and it again reset to the factory settings. I have to set up a ladder to reset the test button each time. Is there any way that it can be set to hold my settings even if the power is interrupted?
Unfortunately if power is cut to the fixture for an extended period of time it may revert back to factory settings.
Can you tape off part of the motion sensor to avoid tree limb movement?
You can repositioning the motion sensor, adjusting your sensitivity/distance, or try covering it with electrical tape to cut down on false triggers.
With the motion sensor range set at 60', the duration set at 2 minutes, the dusk to dawn turned off. The sensor is tilted slightly downward towards the end of a 40' driveway. I can walk up to the light and it fails to turn on, I wave a broom in front of the light and it still fails to turn on. I then walk away from the light and it turns on for the two minute period. How do I correct the fact it failed to see me when I walked right up to it?
You may be walking in a grey zone or blind spot and may need to adjust the PIR sensor. Security Light Installation Part 7: Tips on Aiming Your PIR - YouTube
