Where do I find the warranty registration?
We are happy you chose our product. As with anything that has a great warranty, keep a copy of your original purchase receipt as originals fade and staple it to your instruction sheets/package insert containing the Warranty reference and file away. This documentation is required in case you have a warranty claim in the future. There is no online registration.
Do you have to have a dimmer switch or just an on/off switch?
This fixture can be used with a regular wall switch. Installing on a dimmer switch is just an option.
How to remove for cleaning?
Remove the post caps at the bottom of the fixture holding the diffuser in place. Make sure you keep your hand on the diffuser so it does not drop and break. Once you remove the post caps and decorative rings, the diffuser should come over for cleaning.
The light dims after about 30 minutes of use. Please tell me what is wrong. I purchased three of them and only one fades out.

With the dimmer and switch all the way off, I still have a glow in the light. Looks like a night light. How do I fix?
Double check all wiring. It is possible that there is a bleed over from the wiring in your home cause a small amount of electricity to bleed into the fixture. It is not dangerous.
I wired this lamp in a bedroom closet to an existing motion detector. As I enter the area the light turns on as expected. However, when I leave the area, instead of fully turning off, it simply dims and remains on in a "dim" type mode. What do I do to correct this problem?
We recommend double checking your wiring. There could be a small bleed over in wiring that is pushing some electricity through to the fixture. It is not dangerous and does not use much electricity. If you used the quick connects instead of wire nuts, make sure the wiring is fit snug within the quick connects.  It is also possible that the fixture is defective. My light fixture has started to flicker. Very annoying. Can a new board be purchased? And if so, which cost less, the new board or a new fixture?
