Legacy II 11-in LED Flush Mount - Bronze

I'm looking for more information on the 10-year limited warranty on FL1218-BR4-11LF1-G.

We are available Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm CST.  If you are inquiring about registering for your warranty, as with anything that has a great warranty, keep a copy of your original purchase receipt as originals fade and staple it to your instruction sheets/package insert containing the Warranty reference and file away. This documentation is required in case you have a warranty claim in the future. There is no online registration.
I purchased a FL1218-BR4-11LF1 fixture. All I received was the fixture and glass lens. Would it be possible to purchase a complete set of hardware for this fixture? If so. Please let me know how to go about obtaining it.

How do you remove/separate the glass bowl? When I unscrew the mount (at the bottom) the glass appears to be connected to the upper brass ring. They do not appear to separate.
They are separate. Once you remove the finial and cap the diffuser will come off.
