Where is the hardware kit?
The hardware kit should have been in a small bag/package within the box the fixture came in. If you are missing your hardware kit, please reach out to customer service at 1-800-291-8838. We are available Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm CST.
Does this product come with a plug-in option?
Unfortunately, this fixture does not come witha plug-in option. Direct wire only.
I have 4 Good Earth Manhattan flush mount lights, installed two years ago but they now have dirt or bugs in them and I see no way to dismantle to clean.
You have to gently push up in the center of the diffuser and slide over to one end. The diffuser should pop out of place.
We just had the 24-inch Good Earth Manhattan installed and we need to purchase a dimmer. Would this one at Lowe's be the proper one? https://www.lowes.com/pd/Lutron-Skylark-Single-Pole-3-Way-White-LED-Slide-Light-Dimmer/4165017
This fixture is dimmable by triac dimmers and is not compatible with 0-10V dimming systems. Dimmers tested to be compatible with this fixture are the Lutron: Diva® C•L™: DVWCL-153PH, Lumea® C•L™: LGCL-153PLH, and Toggler® C•L™: TGCL-153PH. Is there a separate power supply in a 24-inch Manhattan LED linear ceiling fixture? It won't turn on when the wall switch is flipped ON. There is power to the wall switch and it has operated for over 2 years with light at moderate use.

How do I change the bulb in this light?
This is an LED fixture so it does not contain light bulbs. Instead, it has permanent integrated LED diodes that are not replaceable. If the fixture fails within the warranty period, please reach out to customer service at 1-800-291-8838 for technical support and/or warranty replacement. We are available Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm CST.
