Can this turn on and off just with a switch? Bypassing the dusk to dawn sensor
You cannot bypass the sensor. Meaning if the switch is on from dusk to dawn the light will be on. It will never turn on during the day. But if you do not want the light on at night, you can just turn off the switch.
Is the glass open at the bottom?
Yes. It is open at the bottom.
How do you turn on the dusk till dawn sensor?
The dusk to dawn sensor is built in. As long as the fixture has power the light will automatically turn on at dusk and off at dawn.
Is there a cap available to cover the sensor, thereby controlling light with wall switch?
No. You can try using electrical tape, but we cannot garauntee it will work.  The light is designed to turn on at dusk and off at dawn if the switch is on. Turning off the switch will turn off the light, but it should not operate in daylight.
Is the bulb replaceable and if so, does it accept a standard (E26) base?
The Energy Star LED bulb is included with the product and is 800 lumens at full brightness, but a brighter bulb could be used if preferred. It’s a 120V fixture. Standard Edison base socket.

Can you tell me where the dusk to dawn sensor is located? Is it well protected from outdoor elements?
The sensor is located on the top of the center, front. If installed properly, per instructions, you should have no issues.
Can I operate the lights only from the power switch? Turning the lights on and off from the light switch. Will this cause a problem with your product?
The fixture will only operate from dusk to dawn, but if you want to turn it off between dusk to dawn, you can. It will not cause an issue.  Just turn the switch off.
