What are the dimensions of this lens? I need 1- 2"W x 1.5"H x 36"L, and 3- 2"W x 1.5"H x 18"L.

Unfortunately, since our diffusers are specific to our fixtures only, we do not have dimensions for our diffusers. They will not work with other fixtures.
