Customer Questions
How can you take it apart to clean bugs out of the light?
Unscrew the post caps from the fixture to remove the diffuser. Make sure to hold the bottom of the diffuser to avoid dropping it.
Do I need to register my product for the warranty to apply?
We are happy you chose our product. As with anything that has a great warranty, keep a copy of your original purchase receipt as originals fade and staple it to your instruction sheets/package insert containing the Warranty reference and file away. This documentation is required in case you have a warranty claim in the future. There is no online registration.
Just installed this light and it's making a buzzing sound.
We apologize for the problems that you are having dimming your new fixture. Yes, it is normal for some humming to occur when dimming LED fixtures. Read on and see the alternate dimmer list below.

*LED dimmers start up with the lowest range of 25-30%, and this is normal for dimming LED fixtures.
*We suggest leaving the dimmer on "high" when you turn off the switch so that it will start off on high receiving the full amount of electricity to begin with. Then you can dim down to the level of choice.
This will lower the delay of lighting when you turn the dimmer switch on when you enter the room.

We listed 3 example dimmers and since then we have a list of alternate dimmers that we have tested that work better. See below.
*Customer input and feedback is appreciated.

INTRUCTIONS: This fixture is dimmable by specific forward phase electronic (triac) dimmers and is not compatible with 0-10V dimming systems. Dimmers tested to be compatible with this fixture are: Lutron: Diva® C•L™:DVWCL-153P or DVCL-153P Lumea® C•L™: LGCL-153P Toggler® C•L™: TGCL-153P

Where to buy? 1000bulbs.com, Zoro , Home Depot, Electric Bargain Store, Westway Electric Supply Troubleshooting the problem: To look into the problem, we need to ask you some questions about the installation. Can you send a picture of it installed and the dimmer that it is on? These will be forwarded to the engineers. Are there any other fixtures on the same dimmer? Please check the wiring. Is there any major appliance on the same electrical circuit, like a refrigerator or microwave? Is there a GFCI surge protector on the electrical circuit back at the main box? Why does it hum? Why does the fixture hum utilizing the dimmer listed in the instructions? Is it the wrong dimmer? Is there a solution? Unfortunately, there is currently no industry standard when it comes to dimming LEDs and the performance will vary greatly from one to the next. When LEDs are used on a dimming control, depending on the design of the LED, they can produce high current spikes. These high spikes may cause the diodes or the dimmer itself to produce an audible buzz or hum.
I am missing a post cap. I purchased through Amazon. How do I get another one?

How do I dim these?
This fixture is dimmable by specific forward phase electronic (triac) dimmers. Dimmers tested to be compatible with this fixture are the Lutron Skylark® SCL-153P*, Diva® DVCL-153P*, Maestro® MACL-153M*, Toggler® TGCL-153P*, Lumea® LECL-153P*, Caseta® PD-6WCL*, Eaton Halo® SAL06P*. If my light was working fine (for several months), but all of a sudden became very dim, do you have any suggested troubleshooting?
Double check your switch and wiring. If wiring and switch are good, please reach out to customer service at 1-800-291-8838 for technical support and/or warranty replacement. We are available Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm CST.
Light continues to be emitted even after being turned off. How can I fix that?
It could be a defective fixture or the wiring from the home allowing a small amount of electricity to pass through. It is not dangerous and is very low voltage. We can replace the fixture, and if the new fixture does the same thing, it may be the wiring in the home.
