Is a longer connection cord available for your linkable under the cabinet lights? We have installed two of your lights and are considering a third but the power connection cord does not reach to the other location. We would need a wire longer than 18 inches. is that a possibility?
Yes. These are available in 24, 36, 48, and 72 inches.  
If I have 74.5 inches under cabinet, can I use 3x24 inch slim line fixtures? Or do you have a certain distance you recommend between each fixture?
There is no recommended distance between fixtures. Whatever fits in your application. Personal preference.
