What kind of plugs are on the 6” & 20” connecting cords? I’m going to need one much longer than that, like about 6-8 ft long. Do you have that in stock that you could send me?
Unfortunately, the cords are specific to the fixture and there are no longer linking cords available for this fixture.
Is there a replacement for the sensor?
There is a replacement sensor available for this fixture. Please reach out to customer service at 1-800-291-8838. We are available Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm CST.
Do you have to use the wave sensor to operate, or can lights solely operate through an electrical outlet controlled by a light switch?
This fixture is only operable by using the wave switch sensor.
My under cabinet light will not light even when it's plugged in to outlet. I've had them for 3 months.

Can the power supply be purchased separately?
We are so sorry to disappoint you, but unfortunately, the parts/accessories are not sold separately.
I recently purchased your under-cabinet 2-pack model # UC1142-WHG-12LF2-G. I would like to mount them under a shelving system in our downstairs kitchen, but the 20-inch connecting cord is way too short. I am considering returning the lights to the store where I bought them. Do you have any longer connecting cords, at least 36 inches long, for this model? That sure would help.
Unfortunately, we do not have longer connecting cords for this fixure. The panels should not be more than 20 inches apart.
