This Good Earth Lighting battery-operated motion-activated security light provides safety and security by illuminating dark areas anywhere, no junction box needed. The polycarbonate housing with a shatterproof diamond patterned diffuser lens provides a smooth and even light distribution. The LED security light is preset to work right out of the box, no testing required, and has a control knob to set to energy-saving mode, to extend battery life. This light has a 3-year limited warranty.

This security light has 700 lumens, a bright light output for a battery-operated light.
IP65 rated, this product is water- and dust-proof and can be used safely outdoors.
This fixture illuminates outdoor spaces without the need of wiring. Requires four D alkaline cell batteries (not included).
180-degree passive infrared (PIR) sensor that detects motion up to 40 feet away with a light activation time of 20 seconds.
Set to Go preset setting ready out of the box, no testing required.
Control knob setting options are available to turn the light off, auto settings, or energy-saving mode, which extends battery life.
This light includes a Dusk Learn option. By pressing the Dusk Learn button once, it will recalibrate the dusk level to the current light level. The motion sensor will then activate at this light level from then on.
The 5000K color temperature provides bright daylight white color.

Will this light only operate from Dusk until Dawn or will it turn on all day if motion is detected?

The fixture will only operate between dusk and dawn unless you use the dusk learn button to adjust when you would like the fixture to begin triggering.

Does this have a dim mode before motion is detected?
