Purchased this but no install and disassembly instructions were included. Can they be accessed online from here?

Where do I get the charger?

There is no charger for this fixture. It is direct wire.

Purchased several but no linking cables provided. Looked in housing and didn't see them there either. Are they included and if not where can they be purchased?

The linking cable and hardware kit may be taped to the side of the box or in a separate compartment. Please open both ends of each box. If you are still missing the linking cables, please reach out to customer service at 1-800-291-8838. We are available Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm CST.

Two questions: Is this fixture being discontinued? I'm having problems finding it at Lowe's. Also, will the wiring connectors accept #12 copper wire?

This fixture has not been discontinued. If you can't find it at your local Lowe's, check their website. And yes, connectors will accept 12awg wire.

Can the "bulbs" be replaced?

No. This is an LED fixture so it does not contain light bulbs.
